The car was just traded in and not yet on the lot, but he contacted me as soon as it was available for a test drive. When I picked up the car later in the day, their Delivery Specialist, Brook, sat in the car with me and helped me get my phone synced and set up any preferences on the control panel. Our previous trip last fall was not as productive as we got a very new salesman who made an unsatisfactory offer and then had to call in a management person who attempt to bully us. Our overall experience was good with the exception of a long wait for an overworked finance guy, also fairly new to the job. High turnover of employees does not inspire alot of confidence in the customer. More
