Very Good and super polite people I know what I wanted before I came in. I texted back and forth with sales manager and they helped me get the lowest interest payment. It's only been a couple weeks since I bought the car but as of now I would do business with them again! More

Great Customer Service My first contact with Honda World was with Andre Uchitel. Andre went out of his way to help us order the specific color and model vehicle we wanted. My first contact with Honda World was with Andre Uchitel. Andre went out of his way to help us order the specific color and model vehicle we wanted. Then the pandemic hit which delayed the delivery of the vehicle since production shut down at the factory. During that time the wife and I changed our minds about which vehicle we wanted. Andre helped us locate the vehicat another dealership in the state and coordinated having the vehicle delivered to Honda World. Outstanding job! At the dealership Brook Kepfer, the Delivery Specialist did an outstanding job going over the options on the car the day we went and picked it up. Even with social distancing measures she was thorough and very helpful getting the electronics and creature comforts in the car set up! Thanks Brook! Jonathan Bendixen made the finance portion of the deal a great experiance. He was professional, listened to and answered all of our questions, and was not overbearing on options the dealership had to offer. He took extra time to make sure we were satisfied with the purchase. Thanks Jonathan! We look forward to a long term customer service relationship with Honda World! More

Brooke Kepfer was a real pleasure to work with. She took her time and was very Courteous, answering all our questions about technologies installed on our new Honda Pilot.
