Having driven luxury cars for the last 45 years, I have to say, this is by far and away the worst dealership I have ever encountered. Very sad, because I like the BMW brand and have owned many. There entire service process is horrid and their customer care is abysmal. Someone from the organization needs to buy a Mercedes and then go across the street to the Mercedes dealership and study thier methodology and processes. More
