Didn’t have the part that I came in for. Had to leave my vehicle over night. Suggested that I get the oil changed with only 39,000 on the clock. Wasn’t due again until 44,000. Also mentioned that I need my v belt replaced however it’s in great shape and doesn’t need replacing. Did install the wheel sensor the following day along with a new battery that needed replacement. Overall not bad experience but always looking for more sales. More

I arrived at the dealership on time, for a basic oil change, told it would take 2 hours ! Absolutely unbelievable! Was told if I didn’t have a car wash it would be out sooner which I agreed to. Car came change, told it would take 2 hours ! Absolutely unbelievable! Was told if I didn’t have a car wash it would be out sooner which I agreed to. Car came out at approximately 2.45pm and sat outside until I asked if I could have the car ! Eventually drove out at 3 pm . So it did take 2 hours ! This was my first experience with the service side, have say I was very disappointed. More
