I believe the service team did not thoroughly investigate the issue with my vehicle. It’s evident coolant is sputtering up under hood & all over engine. They claim they tested it and couldn’t be bothered t the issue with my vehicle. It’s evident coolant is sputtering up under hood & all over engine. They claim they tested it and couldn’t be bothered to clean off all the coolant residue all over engine & under hood. Upon seeing this I asked Brooke to have it cleaned so that I could tell if there is any new leakage and I felt BMW fell short of service as mechanic should have cleaned it. I’m sure I’ll be back as this was the 2nd time coolant leaked out causing low coolant indicator light to come on. More

Brooke did not listen carefully as I described the suspension problem, did not know the type of suspension my car had, and was very difficult to communicate with, not returning calls and unable for te suspension problem, did not know the type of suspension my car had, and was very difficult to communicate with, not returning calls and unable for telephone staff to reach her. I had such a bad experience, as soon as we returned home to Michigan, I traded the BMW for a Volvo. The Volvo dealership in Sarasota is very responsive…they make a customer feel important. More

I'd give Brooke Beaudin 5 Stars if it weren't for the RIDICULOUS credit card "surcharge" ($227+ in our case) that wasn't CLEARLY & EMPHATICALLY STATED before we came to pick up the vehicle. Yes, it's in RIDICULOUS credit card "surcharge" ($227+ in our case) that wasn't CLEARLY & EMPHATICALLY STATED before we came to pick up the vehicle. Yes, it's in the "fine print" of the final bill - but it's LOST in a voluminous bill like ours was. Who has an "extra" $8K in their checking account - or even carries around a checkbook anymore?!?!?! We needed the car and weren't gonna leave it and go to the bank - it was 6PM! What? Come back the next day? PUH-lease! Everything else was fine-to-great, but that surcharge was just a bit too much and off-putting. You can't tell me that that dealership doesn't make BANK enough to offset your credit card processing fees. xxxx, just up your crazy prices a tiny bit!!!! Brooke 4.5 Stars - the rest of the experience - because of that surcharge - 1 STAR. You gouged us enough - that was insult upon injury. Also, for almost $8K you don't wash and vacuum the cars?!?! Last thing: we're having to fight both our insurance company and the driver's (who blindsided us) insurance company because we went ahead with repairs after waiting for some type of guidance from ours - which never came. They're citing, "you didn't have an inspection." BMW could have advised us not to proceed with repairs until an insurance inspector came-out to inspect the vehicle. This has never happened to us, so we didn't know. No we're having to fight for what is clearly liability on the part of the other driver and the other insurance company. More
