I want to make particular reference to my service advisor Brooke Beaudin . She was welcoming and kept me continuously informed as to the progress of my repair throughout the process. I dropped off my car on Thursday and was advised that the repair would be done the next day as the part was not immediately on hand. Brooke called and explained that the part did not arrive for Friday and pickup was rescheduled for Monday. Early Monday morning Brooke checked with the service department only to find that the part had still not arrived. So we rescheduled for Tuesday morning pickup. On Tuesday Brooke checked in early with the service department to make sure the parts had arrived. Service assured her that they had and so I headed to BMW. After a long wait ( about 4 hours) the service department reported that it still did not have a particular bolt that was needed. During this entire process Brooke returned several times to the service department to check on the repair progress and reported back to me that she had been told it was still being worked on but would be done soon. Brooke arranged to Uber me to my home and when the repair was completed she had the car delivered to my door. I am writing all of this not because I am disappointed by the difficulty in getting the repair made immediately, but rather because I am extremely happy with the customer service afforded me by Brooke Beaudin. I wanted you to realize that turned what could have been a very annoying situation into a satisfying and pleasant exchange. More
