Brooke was very easy to work with. She communicated throughout the process and tried to give solutions when problems occurred. I did encounter several problems with the service technician though. First, the technician dropped and scratched my rim during a tire replacement. Brooke contacted me and let me know how the dealership would make it right. I had to wait several days for the repair. Second, during the rim repair, the technician broke one of my storage containers that nestle around the spare tire. Finally, we discovered after I came home that the technician failed to put my valve stem cap back on the new tire so we had to buy a replacement pack. More
