Your service reminds me of vacuum cleaner.. it took from 4/29/20 until 7/16/20 to have the warranty repair completed. Given that I had only had thevehicle for approximately two weeks when I couldn’t get it 4/29/20 until 7/16/20 to have the warranty repair completed. Given that I had only had thevehicle for approximately two weeks when I couldn’t get it started, and I was only told to “call roadside assistance” is infuriating. After getting the vehicle to your so called service department, not once in two and a half months did anyone call me to update me on the status of the parts. When I called to inquire, the calls were not returned as requested. It would be interesting to know when the parts actually arrived at your facility and then why I was not notified so that a repair could be arranged. It's quite obvious to me that people are not doing what they are paid to do. More

Awful Worst customer service! They had my husbands truck for several days and failed to tell him they wouldn’t be able to get to it to work on it. Meanwhile Worst customer service! They had my husbands truck for several days and failed to tell him they wouldn’t be able to get to it to work on it. Meanwhile he had to get a rental when that could have been avoided. We then had to take the truck back down to have it fixed and was kept for almost 2 months and at the end of all of this still had to pay for a rental bc they didn’t have the decency to call anyone. We bought my car from them 2 years ago and after this most recent experience we will never be back. More

Got the car back and the air worked great, however a few days later we notice issue with the backup camera every so often. I was planning to take it back then receive a call from a lady asking if I still need my part? When I asked what part she stated something to do with the backup camera. Haven’t been back I will take the car somewhere else to get the rest of this warranty work done. It will cost me $100 to take it elsewhere but it’s totally worth it. Careful when using these folks! More
