Brooklyn Parsons provided me with excellent service. She stayed on top of the recall for my Jeep to get it repaired as quickly as possible. The diesel techs here are knowledgeable and can handle the ecodiesel issues. My only issue is Stellantis parts inventory lack thereof. This dealership is affected but it is beyond their control. I’ve been servicing my car here for a couple of years now. I’ve always had good experiences but today was above and beyond! I had 2 different issues I needed help with and Brooklyn and Kraig both helped now. I’ve always had good experiences but today was above and beyond! I had 2 different issues I needed help with and Brooklyn and Kraig both helped get things figured out. They were kind, and very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job explaining everything to me. They were able to get everything taken care of in 1 day and even saved me some money. I always know that I’m going to be taken care of when I bring my car in, but today I felt like I was treated like a VIP. I’ll be bringing my car here for ever and I truly recommend them to anyone who needs good and honest service. More
