Sales guy was more of a consultant and thats a good thing. We worked with Enver. We liked how he took the time to listen to what our needs were before making suggestions. Tire Service Excellent I got a flat tire out of nowhere, and thus needed to take my car in either for a repair or new tire. I was worried I might have to wait too long for a I got a flat tire out of nowhere, and thus needed to take my car in either for a repair or new tire. I was worried I might have to wait too long for an appointment but I was helpfully informed both over the phone and at the desk when I arrived that a flat tire is considered an emergency and does not require an appointment in advance. I did not wait long at all before Brooks Falzone assisted me. He verified what the issue was and once the technician made him aware of the full situation, he passed that information on to me and gave me my options as well as his recommendation. Brooks let me take my time before ultimately deciding on a new tire. He also answered any questions I had about my car and potential service checks in the future. Overall, 10/10 (or on this case, 5 stars). More
