He walked her thru the whole process explaining what she needed to know about how to determine what she wanted/needed to select the walk around when she took delivery of her new Jeep. Bob Darling was the Finance person and he to took the time to explain to her all the details of the financing and paperwork involved. My wife and I bought a new Ram 3500 a couple of months later and we had nothing but great service whether sales or service department. More
