I wanted to thank Bill for helping us with our tire issue last month. He went out of his way to to provide great service. I bought the Mazda couple years ago and I needed to replace the four tires about last month. He went out of his way to to provide great service. I bought the Mazda couple years ago and I needed to replace the four tires about two years ago after they got about 60,000 miles on them. I bought the extended warranty on them however that only last two years from what I understand. Just my luck I get a stick in my tire sidewall that ruins the tire at two years and three months. Normally when I buy tires I purchase them at town fair tire and they have an extended warranty well that is the lifetime of the tire. So when I called Mazda and spoke to Bill Albro he helped me obtain a new tire under the warranty and I purchased the other tire because I wanted to replace the two tires together.Bill and Steve scheduled an appointment with us and we brought the car down and they put the tires on the vehicle. We are very satisfied with Flood Mazda and the service there. Allyssa is also an extraordinary employee. She is very friendly and goes out of her way to contact you with any problems. I also like the video text of the service that has been done because my wife generally will bring down the car to have it serviced and I am at work but they will show me by video the work they’ve done.Thank you very much for your great service.
