Very pleased with my recent experience at Longo Toyota and with Lizette. Lizette was very kind and warm when helping me with my new car, she even went above and beyond when she was honest about my car inc and with Lizette. Lizette was very kind and warm when helping me with my new car, she even went above and beyond when she was honest about my car incurring a small scratch while Longo was preparing the car to deliver to me by taking responsibility for the scratch and taking care of everything by setting an appointment to have the scratch repaired and even threw in black decals for the car which she knew I wanted for the car. Overall even with the inconvenience of the scratch Lizette was helpful, took care of the issue, and made me a satisfied customer. Will be recommending Longo to anyone who mentions wanting a Toyota or Lexus, and will be a returning customer as well. 10 out of 10 experience More
