Very nice, professional, informative and knowledgeable people to work with. Never once did we feel pressured. This was our first Subaru purchase ever. My husband and I could not have asked for better people to work with. They are truly here to help you find the car you want at a fair price. The people who work here have been with this dealership for many years and it's more of a family feel so they look out for each other. We worked with Bruce Holmes who let us look at several models we were interested in. Once we narrowed it down, he allowed us to test drive each car. He took time to explain the differences in each model as we drove. Afterwards, he answered all of our questions and even though we were only in the very early stages, he didn't try to pressure us into buying on the spot. He suggested a few of his favorite websites we could get more information on the car to help with our decision. He took down some information, gave us his business card and said he would be in touch if he didn't hear us. Fast forward a week, after doing some additional research on our own were ready to make an offer on a 2016 Outback that was on route to Jacksonville. My husband exchanged a couple of emails with Bruce to get to a price both parties could agree on. Again, no pressure approach. Their goal was to make sure both sides were happy. We finalized the price (all done through email) while Bruce was away unexpectedly with Daniel Kane. We came in and met with Juan Hernandez who was helping Bruce while he was out. He was just as nice as Bruce and as we were going through what was agreed upon through email, he was diligent in getting things confirmed to get the initial paperwork written up. We just picked up our car yesterday. When we arrived, the staff was just finishing up a complete detail on the car. Any extras were already added. Bruce helped get everything situated so the final paperwork could be completed. He told us some of the features that were new to the car and got us set up as needed. We finally met Phil Porter Jr. to finalize the paperwork. Everything was ready to go and it was that quick to get everything signed. We remarked again to Phil how painless this entire process has been from beginning to end. He stressed that is what they strive to do, "Make this a painless but enjoyable experience." That it was for sure! Even if you are not necessarily in the market for a Subaru, this dealership is worth a visit to see if one of their cars might fit your need because they are just a pleasure to work with. We can't thank Subaru of Jacksonville enough for everything! More

The dealership was also able to find me a better interest rate on my auto loan than my credit union was able to offer. This is likely our first of many Subarus. More

For starters, how about the owner, Phil Porter personally greeting us to see if we had any questions? And then Bruce Holmes was a terrific salesman, NEVER exerting any pressure. He not only answered all our questions, but managed to get us a car weeks ahead of schedule. Then he took an hour to explain every detail in my new Outback. I am a teacher, and also a visual and kinesthetic learner. I learn from watching, not from reading a manual. Bruce patiently showed and explained everything to me, allowing me to try all gadgets in my new car before driving it off the lot. I love my new car and would recommend this dealership and Bruce Holmes to anyone shopping for a dependable, new car. More

We we got the call yesterday that our Crosstrek was in and Bruce seemed nearly as excited as we were. When we walked in we were greeted by Anita the finance director who was thrilled we were there to pick up our car. We did get there later in the evening but never felt rushed. Anita and Bruce both stayed late to go over everything in detail and to answer all of our questions. They were both very helpful and reassuring, I will be back again dragging others in to see them and with my 7 year warranty and 2 years maintenance I will be back just to say hello. You will not be disappointed! More
