It was a plastic piece that goes on the bottom of the door. I went in to see if it would be covered under warranty. I was told that Nissan didn’t cover it. I spoke to the general manager, Bruce. I explained the problem and in return he explained how the process works with Nissan and warranties. He said their company believes in the duty of good faith and he wanted to make it right so he fixed my car himself. It meant so much to me that he just took the time to listen and hear me out. It means even more that they genuinely care about their customers and value their opinions. More
