The service manager really puts an effort to fix all issues. I would rate the service manager a 5. After arriving at the dealership and dropping off the car at the bay. I will need to walk into the serv issues. I would rate the service manager a 5. After arriving at the dealership and dropping off the car at the bay. I will need to walk into the service advisor area. I stood there for a minute of so with nobody directing me where to go. Advisors were talking to each other and ignoring me. I would rate this part as a 2. As a customer I don't feel the love. Service advisor. Service was as expected. Therefore he is rated as 3. I never felt he provided above and beyond service. There was an issue after the car was given back to me. I noted the issue and the service manager immediately attended to the problem. Therefore overall service is 5. I'm a customer care advisor consultant expert by trade. If you require additional feedback I am available anytime to discuss. More
