Extremely pleasant from the greeter at the door to the last person you see when you leave. When I got home and looked over the receipt I was confused where it said total invoice and there was a dollar amo last person you see when you leave. Due to COVID-19 the Dealership has implemented safety precautions throughout the entire facility and has made me feel safe while I wait for my vehicle. Got my car serviced just about 3 weeks ago , was told brake pads needed replacing . A few days after the car started making noise when breaking . Took the car back a couple of days ago to get a bike rack brake pads needed replacing . A few days after the car started making noise when breaking . Took the car back a couple of days ago to get a bike rack affixed and to get the brakes checked again . Something was not fitted properly and needed some time to get repaired . Not impressed . I had to leave the car one since hitch needed to be fitted too. After picking up car , followed up for some bike rack accessories and was told I would get a call back . Never happened so ordered the parts directly via Yakima . I was told that the Toyota Service Center is not the best . Next time I will probably take the car somewhere else . More
