Service experience is very detailed, professional, clear, & gives the customer a visual understanding of their vehicle, if any other services are needed, required, or recommended. I didn't expect to pay miscellaneous costs on top of the price, most places have those fees already added into the price quoted or given. (29.99+tax) not (29.99+tax+added misc.). The other issue I came across is the complementary car wash, it is a nicely added touch. It was a poorly done/executed exterior wash. I have experienced other dealerships, and the vehicle is returned looking beautiful with a showroom shine. I was extremely disappointed when I received and saw my vehicle! More

I love this service center. Employees are all professional and proficient. They treat everyone kindly and with consideration. This was my first visit after the dealership reopened with Covid-19 precautions. I certainly felt safe with all of the adjustments they put into place: markings on the floor to identify appropriate socia with Covid-19 precautions.
