Was never contacted Thurs about when it would be ready and called several numbers, talked to several different people, left messages and text and no one got back to me to tell me when or if my car was even being worked on. Finally, after leaving another message on Friday ( !!! ) I got a call back that my car had been ready since Thursday afternoon. A Battery !!!! Four days !!! They are experiencing three people gone, so one person to handle everyone, they should have had at least someone to make update phone calls & do nothing else at least. I'm stuck because that's where my warranty says to go. Two years ago, went through 16 days of waiting because they "forgot to order the part" and kept telling me they were waiting for it to come in, they finally noticed, never even ordered. So if you've had good service, then truly, you are blessed . Not Bruno's fault for all the problems, too short of staff, he needs assistance and assistants ! More

This has been the worst experience I have had at this dealership. The customer service and quality of work have gone way down. Everyday I am told that I will get a call with updates in the morning only, dealership. The customer service and quality of work have gone way down. Everyday I am told that I will get a call with updates in the morning only, only to go the entire day with no calls or updates. I have to repeatedly call them just to find out if my car is fixed before service closes. I was told my car was repaired, I paid and began driving off the lot only to find out it wasn't and had to immediately return. Then I was told I would receive a loaner vehicle the next day first thing in the morning. By 12 I realized that this was probably not going to happen. I repeatedly called no response, finally a phone call was returned at 4:30 pm to tell me that they still had not fixed my car and the loaner would not be available until Monday. I was told I would receive the loaner on Friday morning. At this point I asked for a manager. The manager offered zero solutions. I would go to a different Chrysler service if you could. This one used to be good, but not any more. No communication, No follow through on promises, Bad customer service. More

Service writer lied on the service order and said I stated I had an oil leak, I did not state that, he called ME and said I had a leak "but don't worry, it's covered under warranty we'll take care of i stated I had an oil leak, I did not state that, he called ME and said I had a leak "but don't worry, it's covered under warranty we'll take care of it". Also car returned with missing battery cover as supplied by factory. Stellantis got hosed for 2300 bucks for swapping the batteries and the supposed timing cover gasket. Very unscrupulous. More
