We purchased the Gold Maintenance package for our vehicle, yet every time we go for an oil/filter change or other covered items, they try to charge me for it. We had to call in, and they cut us a check to mail to us. When we complained, they told us the sales and repair computers were not connected - CONNECT THEM! Also, our key fob has a small card attached with our policy numbers...look at them. They promptly get us in for repairs and are courteous on the phone. More
