The entire staff was polite, professional and courteous. The sales staff provided a low-pressure atmosphere. Salesman Bryan McGuire met my wife and I at the door and showed us around the facility and introduced us to several other prominent staff members. Before anything else happened, Bryan took us on a test drive of the vehicle we were interested in. Most of our negotiations was previously completed on the phone prior to our arrival but the deal was yet to be completed. The test drive was completed and we sat down to finalize the deal. I explained our bottom line to Bryan and he took our numbers to the sales manager, Josh. Josh came to our location and introduced himself. We discussed the numbers one more time, we agreed to the final price. After about 30 minutes Bryan introduced us to the finance manager. We completed all the paperwork in minimum time and we were finished. We then met the individual in-charge of preparing our vehicle. Bryan was very nice thru the whole process. Bryan took my wife back to the car to indoctrinate her to all the vehicles systems. The entire process took less than 3 hours. We were headed home with our new car. BIG kudos to Bryan, Josh and the rest of the staff that made our purchase easy and enjoyable. We will be returning when we decide to purchase another Subaru! More
