I have just you for many years and normally always happy. This time when I checked in I told them I must be out by 230, which was an hour and a half later. Which should have given plenty of time, but I had to go back at 230 and tell I must leave for another appointment. They also reported my air filter needed changed, I declined and my husband checked when I got home and besides a few leaves it was fine. Very unhappy, I think they were trying to taken advantage of me. More

I have bought 2 Equinox from Derek Ward, sales professional. Both times I have called and told him what I would like. He has sent me pictures of vehicles. Derek answered all my questions and he professional. Both times I have called and told him what I would like. He has sent me pictures of vehicles. Derek answered all my questions and he asked questions to make sure that I had the information to make an informed decision. Bryan Stanley, Service Center, has helped me with the radio screen problem. As I waited for the vehicle he kept me informed on what was going on with it. I drive 3.5 hours one way because this is the dealership that I feel I can trust. More
