Over the top Customer Satisfaction! Time was very short on my existing lease and NO ONE (at 4 other dealerships in my local area) had the courtesy to call me back. I called Wind Gap Chev Time was very short on my existing lease and NO ONE (at 4 other dealerships in my local area) had the courtesy to call me back. I called Wind Gap Chevrolet Buick and "JR" took time to listen and answer my questions regarding a vehicle on their lot. I needed a larger vehicle with a high tow capacity but also needed to stay within my budget. After a few minutes on the phone I set up an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment I was introduced to Bryan Statler. I test drove the vehicle I had inquired about and the rest is history!! Bryan and the entire crew working that day could not have been more polite and professional. I had only planned a test drive but EVERYONE was so courteous and accommodating that I was able to drive home in a beautiful 2015 Chevrolet Suburban.
