From the minute I entered the dealership and met Jeff the experience and help was excellent. Jeff asked Bryan to help me find a car and within minutes we were on a test drive. I must say, I am very impressed with Windgap Chevy. First off, customer service was excellent, I had arrived almost 20 minutes early for my appointment and they weren't even open yet, however, I was greeted immediately by Mike Dalton... He introduced himself and I had informed him I was there for an appointment with Bryan Statler. He invited me inside for refreshments and donuts while I waited. The Quality of work was fantastic, these guys truly worked magic and made what seemed to be an impossible situation possible... They never gave up and kept working hard to ensure that I was happy and to explore every opportunity to get me into the vehicle that I wanted... Everyone there was extremely friendly, all saying hello and not stopping just there but also some small talk, even those who weren't working with me directly. I was never shy'd away or shrugged off... As far as the price, all vehicles there seemed to be adequately equipped and were a great value for your money, especially compared to other auto makers. Overall, in the end, the experience I had was one I will never forget and I can say one thing for sure, they have earned my business in the future not just because of the 5 factors in this survey but because I became a part of their family as soon as I walked in, I wasn't an outsider! These folks were just plain awesome!!! More
