My main sales person was Tim Vang, a Hmong by ethnicity, a very professional, and knowledgeable rep who knew the nuances in dealing with Asians, and generational gaps which we were a part of. Chay Kuo, a Chinese, was also was part of the transaction. The attending sales manager was an understanding "grandpapa", and patient man from Iran, who provided many answers to our concerns. The Service Dept. reps B. Shibata (Japanese), and Steve Morris (Canadian?) also took part in our decision making. All in all, it was a great pleasure in dealing with such diversity, and the feeling of "family" at Maita Toyota! Thanks much, Maita!!! More
