Software recall on 2017 toyota corolla Made appointment, no lines. Person came up to promptly and sent me over to advisor. Advisor told me it would take 6 hours and it pretty much did. The Made appointment, no lines. Person came up to promptly and sent me over to advisor. Advisor told me it would take 6 hours and it pretty much did. The only reason not 5 stars instead of 4, was that the car was not washed. I guess at Maita Toyota you need to request a car wash, instead of expecting it. Every Toyota that comes out of a dealership, should look as sharp as can be, whether it is services or sales. It would make people say that is one sharp car and want to buy. I have previously been several times in the morning and it was much busier and slower. I like Maita's waiting room. There's a pirate ship structure for little ones to play in, plenty of soft chairs, and a good coffee/food bar. A pretty pleasant experience this time. The only reason I gave it a four star was that they tried to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need right now. But I guess most businesses do that kind of thing. More
