Sports North Mazda is absolutely the best dealership that I have done business with. Over the past three years I have three cars, two new cars and a used car with a new car warranty. Every member is highly t I have done business with. Over the past three years I have three cars, two new cars and a used car with a new car warranty. Every member is highly trained, professional, knowledgeable, and great at customer service. When you first arrive you are met by one of the staff that asks how they can be of service. The entire facility is spotless someone is constantly cleaning to keep it that way. If you are purchasing a car the sales representatives are great, no high pressure sales, they work hard to meet your needs and explain all the details so that you clearly understand the financial part of the sale. The same holds true with the service department, When you arrive, you are met at your car and escorted to the service desk, after your paperwork is completed you are escorted to the waiting room and while you are waiting you will receive a video showing and explaining in detail how the service is being conducted. Sport North Mazda has an outstanding service department. Yesterday I bought a MX-5 Miata and Chris Harris was my salesman and walked me through everything from test drive to completion of the sale, KUDOS to Chris. The finance department and actually try to help you save money, I have had Bud Daley help on the purchase of three cars, big KUDOS to Bud, I also had the pleasure of meeting the manager Dan Parker and congratulate him on his staff, the entire staffing amazing. Highly recommend SPORT NORTH MAZDA, for the place to buy and have a car serviced. More
