After reading several reviews of new cars I knew the Mazda CX5 was the car for me. I found the price I wanted on line and arranged for a test drive. When I arrived at Sport Mazda I was greeted by Chris Atencio, a very knowledgeable and friendly sales associate. Chris and I took the test drive and he pointed out all the key safety features of the car. He wanted to be sure I was familiar and aware of all this car has to offer. After that we went inside and started discussing my trade -in value and price of the CX5. There was no high pressure or back and forth negotiation. Mark Cappetta, another sales associate came offer and we painlessly negotiated a deal I was extremely happy with! I then met with Bud Daley, in finance and he went over all the paper work in a timely and informative fashion. So there is my car buying story. Not the usual painful experience associated with car buying in the past but one where you feel like....... your buying a car from a family member! More

My salesman Igor showed me a host of vehicles, explaining the differences and advantages of each without being pushy nor making me feel uncomfortable. I was offered a fair value for my trade in and financing went very smooth with a very low interest rate. After the transaction was complete, Beth explained in detail all the electrical components (which there are many) and set up my blue tooth. I honestly can't think of a single issue that I would normally dread in buying a car. From the moment I walked in the showroom to the moment I drove away in my new car, I felt welcomed and treated fairly without all the pressures to buy. I will definitely be back for my next purchase.
