Ernest was amazing! My fiancé and I had an excellent experience with him. He made sure that we knew exactly what we were getting when test driving the car and helped us along the way in finding the perfect CX-5 for us. I would recommend asking for Ernest next time you’re shopping around at Mazda North! Bud in finance was also great. Made sure we knew what we were signing and got us a great warranty. I brought my 2020 cx5 in for service and came home with a 2020 mx5 anniversary car. I had a dream the night before about an mx5 white color with a cherry top. There it was when I pulled into service. My husband and I bought a car from this dealership in My husband and I bought a car from this dealership in 2014 for our oldest son and it was such a great experience that we went back on Black Friday of My husband and I bought a car from this dealership in 2014 for our oldest son and it was such a great experience that we went back on Black Friday of 2020 when our youngest son needed a car. We found a few used cars to preview, spent a lot of time with Aaron Paige (our sales rep) as he showed us several cars, answered all of our questions and was very considerate of our goals and budget. We test drove two cars and settled on a 2018 Mazda 3 hatchback and my son loves it! We worked with the finance department (Bud) and he assisted us with adding our son to the car loan to help him build credit, which was an added bonus for us. Everyone was very professional, honest, not pushy and we had everything wrapped up in a timely manner. We are very happy with our new (used) car and would recommend the sales and finance team we worked with to anyone! This is my 5th vehicle from Sport Mazda North/Cory Fairbanks Mazda. My husband and I came to Mazda back in September just looking at the time. Zee was very helpful in assisting us with our questions about the Mazda CX 9. We test drove the car and loved it. He was very understand that we were just looking and was not in a rush to buy the car. Fast forward 2 months later and last Thursday we went back to Mazda. Jorell greeted us, and let us know Zee was working with another customer. We went wanting to look at the 2021 Mazda CX 5. Jorell did a great job helping me with my indecisiveness. I chose to get the CX 5. Jorell did a wonderful job getting us through all the paperwork in a quick and timely manner. Then Jorell introduced us to Beth who gave us a detailed run down on all the safety measures and the new things that are in the 2021 CX 5 compared to the 2016 version my husband has. She even helped him with his keys to his car, and suggested that he buy key covers for them. Who knew there was such a thing. Jorell, Beth, and Zee have amazing customer service. They made us feel at home. This place has Always made me feel that way. Thank you for everything! More

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. There website is not only easy to navigate but very informative and helpful. After reading several reviews of new cars I knew the Mazda CX5 was the car for me. I found the price I wanted on line and arranged for a test drive. When I arrived at Sport Mazda I was greeted by Chris Atencio, a very knowledgeable and friendly sales associate. Chris and I took the test drive and he pointed out all the key safety features of the car. He wanted to be sure I was familiar and aware of all this car has to offer. After that we went inside and started discussing my trade -in value and price of the CX5. There was no high pressure or back and forth negotiation. Mark Cappetta, another sales associate came offer and we painlessly negotiated a deal I was extremely happy with! I then met with Bud Daley, in finance and he went over all the paper work in a timely and informative fashion. So there is my car buying story. Not the usual painful experience associated with car buying in the past but one where you feel like....... your buying a car from a family member! More
