Best car buying experience I have had. I have purchased many used cars and a few new cars. Because the car was older (2014) the salesman suggested over the phone that I arrange to have an I have purchased many used cars and a few new cars. Because the car was older (2014) the salesman suggested over the phone that I arrange to have an independent mechanic look it over as long as the mechanic was within a 10 mile radius. I chose the Midas down the street. The dealership delivered the car to them and picked it up when they were done! The car checked out. The salesman was completely transparent with fees, which were minimal compared to other dealerships I have worked with. The car was ready to test drive when I arrived. When I showed up to pick up the car the transaction was quick. I did not get a hard sell on warranty packages. I said up front I was not interested and they respected that. I opted to register the car myself. Before leaving my salesperson, Byeong, walked me around the dealership to meet the service guys, the parts guys and the manager. They each have me a little gift (travel mug, emergency windshield breaker, multi functional tool). It was like Halloween! I walked out with my little goodie bag and drove off. This is a five star, A+ dealership. I will definitely be servicing my car there and if I choose to buy another used car, I will look at them first. Thanks Garavel!!! More
