Byron thoroughly enjoys his role leading the BMW dealership in Flemington. A veteran of the automotive business since age 16, he started in the prep department before moving through sales and management. “BMW has become my life,” says the Hunterdon County native. "While the BMW X7 is the ideal family mover, I'm excited for the release of the new EV's, the iX and i4 and to move into that segment of the market." Byron enjoys skiing and traveling, especially locally. He likes to discover new restaurants after leisurely motoring around the countryside. He is part of many non-profit boards.

I spent 6 hours in the Dealer's Show Room in December 2011 looking over the possibilities for purchasing a new BMW for my wife Denise for Christmas. Cindy Hughes (who was working with our Salesman Bill H 2011 looking over the possibilities for purchasing a new BMW for my wife Denise for Christmas. Cindy Hughes (who was working with our Salesman Bill Hinton) and I decided that a certain red BMW with a Red Bow was the one. The car was taken off the show room floor and I was allowed to drive it around the vicinity. This was going to be a surprise for Denise. Cindy, Bill and I had a "plan" to surprise Denise on Christmas Eve with the delivery of this car to our home. It sounded like a great plan and one that would 'impress' Denise. HOWEVER, after thinking about what would happen if I chose the wrong car, buying it and having it delivered I reluctantly decided to call Denise and ask her to meet me at the Dealeer that day. She reluctantly broke off her Christmas Shopping to come to the Dealer arriving around 4 PM. We told her nothing as to which car we had painstakenly picked for her. She strolled through the Showroom without even so much as looking at the beautiful Red one, went to THE MOST EXPENSIVE 750LIx and that is the one she chose. So BMW was able to increase their sales by $30,000 that day just on our purchase.....as a follow up I want to express my special thanks to the General Manager Byron Brisby, Jr for his personal involvement in helping us with what turned out to be a relatively minor problem with the 2012 750LIx that we bought. We were headed to Florida and had what we thought was an overheating problem. Byron offered to bring a car to Allentown, PA (1.2 hours) for us to use while our car was repaired. Bill Hinton our Salesman has been very helpful as indicated by the fact that we have now purchased two new 750LI vehicles from him. For this he received a gift especially crafted by Denise from us! I would define myself as a high-maintenance consumer – I wanted a specific color and certain features, within a specified price range, and I wanted it quick. This extraordinary team of courteous representatives provided excellent customer service and tracked down exactly what I wanted. To my delight, the car had some extra features that I didn’t ask for and didn’t think I needed, but now that I have them, I’ll be asking for them in my next BMW. Within one day of the dealership receiving the car, they had all of the paperwork ready, the car cleaned and I drove it off the lot – overall an excellent experience ….I will continue to go back to this dealership again and again. I had a very positive experience at Flemington BMW on a recent trade-in and lease. It all started with the service department and the very good loaner vehicle program which allowed me 48 hours with a car recent trade-in and lease. Then the client service team who helped me turn that idea into a reality customized to my particular wants and needs. People make the difference and in this case Victor Velez in particular turned out to be everything you can ask for in a sales person. He took the time in the beginning to understand my situation and relate to my needs. He moved with speed and agility, displayed candor and transparency every step of the way, had a professional and friendly disposition, was incredibly thorough, executed with excellence and followed up accordingly. The dealership had a team approach to me as a customer as they were all in tune with my situation, and it was clear investing in a long term relationship was more important then the individual transaction. All in all it was a terrific experience. More

I came to Flemington after having a very bad pre buying experience at a Princeton BMW dealership. When I contacted Scott Smith and I told him about my experience, he was more concerned with me not making experience at a Princeton BMW dealership. When I contacted Scott Smith and I told him about my experience, he was more concerned with me not making a bad decision then if I bought a car with him. Scott was very professional and patient. He took the time to explain the whole buying process and made sure I was happy. On delivery day Scott would not let me leave until he was confident I understood all the features of the car. Byron and Howard also went out of there way to make me feel comfortable and explain the process. They say the BMW gives you the ultimate driving experience. Well Flemington BMW gave me the ultimate customer service experience!! More

I recently contacted Flemington BMW to discuss a CPO vehicle that they had which I was very interested in. Initially, I went to their website and wrote to Byron Brisby Jr. who responded very quickly and vehicle that they had which I was very interested in. Initially, I went to their website and wrote to Byron Brisby Jr. who responded very quickly and asked me to come to the showroom so that they could see my trade and discuss this purchase in more detail. Byron took a big interest in this and made me feel valued as a possible customer. After the negotiations were done, the Sales Rep. Gerry Vaughan got more involved and was extremely professional about all of the follow up that goes along with buying a car. Gerry also made me feel like a valued customer and was very responsive to phone calls, e mails, etc... I have owned 18 "luxury" cars with four of them being BMW's. This was by far the best experience that I have ever had while purchasing a car. Being a thorough car shopper, I had contacted various dealers while I was looking for what I wanted and at the price where I needed to be. I got the usual "will check and call you back" ( with no return calls), low ball offers on my trade which was an immaculate late model CPO BMW. In fact, I was even told by one dealer that they could only offer wholesale price on my trade because BMW's do not sell in the winter. It was almost humorous to hear all of the xx strategies that many car dealers are still using. BUT NOT AT Flemington BMW where I was treated respectfully and not as some dope who was going to believe all of the standard lines that many dealers still use. It appears that automobile technology has evolved tremendously but NOT sales practices which have been used for many many years and are very transparent to any informed consumer. I would not hesitate to recommend Flemington BMW to friends and family and have already done so. Even their service dept. is outstanding and with other BMW's that I owned they would always diagnose a problem correctly the FIRST TIME and repair it. I live quite a distance from Flemington but try to get out there for service whenever possible. Trust me, it is worth the drive where everyone knows their jobs and also knows how to deal with customers. Once again, thanks Byron and Gerry for a great job! Ed Ogintz More

The dealership is clean, bright and cheery, making one's visit an outstanding experience that creates the desire to recommend others to them for sales or service. Moreover, the dealership is very ably run by its GM, Byron T, Brisby, Jr. who is both sensitive to a customer's needs and extremely concerned that a customer be satisfied with their experience at the dealership. My contact with the sales staff has always shown them to be knowledgeable, pleasant and genuinely concerned with a customer's happiness, Overall, whether buying a car there or servicing one, I have always been a very happy camper!
