After reading about my experience with BMWUSA, you will appreciate why I gave Flemington BMW the rating I gave. The staff are exceptional. I ordered a 328i xdrive from Munich through Flemington BMW. About 1.5 months later, my vehicle arrived in Port Newark. BMWUSA staff were providing me with conflicting information concerning the delivery date of the car. I contacted my Client Advisor, Jan Michael Blakley who in turn contacted BMWUSA. BMWUSA informed Jan Michael that there was a problem with my "brand new" car and that delivery would be delayed. When the information was relayed to me, I immediately got in touch with the General Manager of Flemington BMW, Byron Brisby Jr.. Byron followed up with BMWUSA, who advised him that my car would not be repaired for another month. Byron insisted on having the car released to his dealership, and a few days later, I was driving my car out of the showroom. As it turned out, the problem was a 2 inch piece of felt that got wedged in the sunroof shade. It took a minute to remove the felt once it arrived at the dealership. My experience with Flemington BMW was great. If you want to know about all the features of a BMW, Jan Michael is your man. Jan Michael is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. At no point did I ever feel pressured. I went to other dealerships prior to Flemington BMW and Flemington BMW is where I received the best customer service and pricing. Rebecca Kosar is the Finance and Insurance Manager. Rebecca sat with me and thoroughly explained all the warranty/service/maitnance options available. Again, there was no pressure to purchase anything I was not interested in. I would advise anyone purchasing a BMW from this dealership, to have a chat with Rebecca so as to understand all the options ahead of the pick up date, in order to have time to decide what to choose and not choose. Byron was amazing. Byron got me behind the wheel of my vehicle in a timely fashion, days instead of a month later. I would reccomend Flemington BMW to anyone who would ask. My wife's lease was up so we were in the market for another vehicle to replace. After driving a number of vehicles we decided on the new X1 and couldn't be happier. Vince, Byron, Rebecca, and Jan-Mic another vehicle to replace. After driving a number of vehicles we decided on the new X1 and couldn't be happier. Vince, Byron, Rebecca, and Jan-Michael were all very professional and accomodating. We didn't feel pressured at all so the entire buying process was pleasurable to say the least. I feel we got a great vehicle at a better price we could get at any other dealership. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Flemington BMW to all my friends and family, they were really that good. I was referred by a good friend of mine to talk to Byron about my new ca recent experience with Flemington BMW. Byron and his team are unbelievable. I was referred by a good friend of mine to talk to Byron about my new car because of his experience with him and his team. Even though this dealership was 1.5 hrs away and I had a local BMW dealer 2 miles down the road from my house. I had the pleasure of working with Jan Michael Blakley throughout my new car process. From our initial conversation, to the day that I accepted delivery of my new car, this by far was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. He listened to what I was looking for, provided insights, opinions, and suggestions on how we could get this done. It was never about him selling me a car, it was about how he can help me into what I wanted, at the best price, in a time frame that I was looking for. He was never pushy, he was responsive to any question I had, and if he didn't know he found out or figured a way to make it happen. Like I said, I live 1.5hrs away from the dealership and because of my hectic schedule, it was very difficult for me to get down to the dealership to fill out the paperwork and take delivery of the vehicle. Jan Michael personally went out of his way to organize delivery of my new car to my house himself on a Saturday. I am in sales, and this is what separates the good from the great. Listening to your customers needs, follow through, professionalism, and superb customer service. Jan Michael exemplified all of these traits. And I can't thank Flemington BMW enough for my experience. No question when my car is up in 3 years, I will certainly be getting another car from Byron and his team. I also will be referring anyone who is looking for a new car to them as well. I hope this review can speak to what a wonderfully run dealership Flemington BMW is. From the moment Tom greeted me, it became a friendly and professional relationship resulting in my getting exactly what I wanted and, more importantly, how I wanted to get it. Tom was sensitive to my style, straight up and to the point with all fairness involved. The remainder of the experience through Steve and Byron was consistent with the atmosphere that Tom created.
