Kenia was great and very helpful when I was looking at the car I chose. It was a pretty quick price for it being my first car purchase. So far I’m very happy with my new Sportage. I went to several dealerships shopping for a new car, and Ferguson Kia in Broken Arrow was the dealership I chose to go with. I didn't feel forced to look at anything or buy anything, unlike what I experienc Ferguson Kia in Broken Arrow was the dealership I chose to go with. I didn't feel forced to look at anything or buy anything, unlike what I experienced at the other dealerships, and once I was ready to ask questions, my salesman Zack Glick was right there waiting to take care of me. I actually made a good friend coming here to shop for a car. Zack is the best and most friendly and caring salesman I've ever met, and I actually enjoyed buying my car which is not how it usually goes. What really amazed me was at first I wasn't sure if I would be able to find financing since I had just filed for bankruptcy 6 months ago. Not only they were able to find me financing, but they were able to get my payment to where I needed it to be. The other dealerships were more than a hundred dollars more a month, with cars around the exact same price as the one I bought here. CJ did an amazing job at finding financing for me, and making it all work without draining my bank account. Shawn Hammond from financing took great care of me for the final paperwork. They gave me a paper tag good for 2 months which really helps out, and I was able to purchase a full bumper-to-bumper warranty for an incredible price. I was so impressed with how i was taken care of and with how smooth and easy everything went, I brought my parents in so they could buy a new car. Next I'll be bringing in my brother in March for a new Kia. My mom couldn't leave the house to come look at the car, so Zack drove the car almost 40 minutes away just so my mom could see and drive the car. This was before any kind of commitment. Im so impressed with how it went from start to finish, and even afterwards. I give them 10 out of 10 stars, and highly recommend them for everyone. Thank you to all who helped.
