I had noticed something was missing on the car that had been advertised and was something I really wanted for the car so he made sure to take care of the issue which made me an extremely satisfied customer. I have purchased several vehicles from several different dealerships over the years. Ferguson Kia has been the best dealership, by far, that I have purchased a vehicle from! My husband and I were never pressured into purchasing anything and we were given time to look at all the inventory and discuss options alone. Kyle was knowledgeable of the vehicle and all of it's features and answered all of our questions. Before we left, he took the time to walk us through every feature on the car to make sure we knew how to use everything. Sara in financing was also amazing! She was very friendly and knowledgeable in all the options/packages available. She spent some time and worked to get us the most discounts so we could get the lowest possible monthly payment. We will definitely refer our friends and family to this dealership if they are ever in the market for a Buick, GMC or Kia.
