Last year we bought a Used Volvo at the dealer in Meriden. After 9 months we had an issue and the service experience was very disappointing. I immediately looked at the used inventory at WOW- Toyota found the used Highlander picked up our Volvo and drive right to WOW Toyota our salesman Jay M was enthusiastic and well versed on the vehicle. We ended up purchasing the vehicle and love the fact that we get free oil changes and batteries for life! The finance manager was great and we purchased the extended warranty thrilled it was offered on a used vehicle an a very reasonable price. Toyota of Wallingford has a customer for life! More

My experience overall was very good, I search online for the different RAV4 in the dealer, emailed them asking the final price and CJ responded very quickly. The same day I purchased my new RAV4 XLE, I wasn't looking for the XLE part but couldn't resist. I really like my new car. CJ was very professional and friendly at the same time. He told me everything that I needed to know about my new card. Overall everybody at the dealer that I had to talk to was very professional and friendly!! Great Experience!! More
