We had an excellent experience with CJ. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and took all the time we needed to answer our questions. We were disappointed to find shortly after we drove the He was courteous, knowledgeable, and took all the time we needed to answer our questions. We were disappointed to find shortly after we drove the car home after purchasing it that it had a significant vibration at between 20 and 45 mph. We took it to our mechanic, and he discovered a problem with the front axle. He also said the transmission fluid looked like it had never been changed (the car had over 100,000 miles). We reported these issues to CJ, and he made arrangements for us to have the issues taken care of by our mechanic at Tucson Subaru's expense. We were dismayed that there were these problems with the car when we were told it had been thoroughly inspected before being put on the lot for sale but pleased that they were agreeably resolved. More
