This was our first time looking at Subaru. CJ was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions regarding make/model. After the test drive, we ended up purchasing an Outback online. CJ is a great salesman, he even brought his own Wilderness in so I could check it out since there weren't any on the lot. Awesome service. CJ listens and communicates very well. I just started my own business, AZ MONARCH Landscape Services, and I was in dire need of a heavy duty work t CJ listens and communicates very well. I just started my own business, AZ MONARCH Landscape Services, and I was in dire need of a heavy duty work truck. Subaru does not sell trucks but happen to accept one on a trade and it was perfect! Subaru checked with numerous banks and did not stop until they received an approval! Subaru and CJ’s dedication and persistence is helping to take my business to the next level. Additionally, CJ is considerate of generational differences. While he was working with me he explained that he made a commitment to pick up a customer. I said, why not send an Uber or Lyft, and his response was the person was elderly and that the technology - sending numerous texts related to the service might be confusing and he would rather personally pick her up… I was very impressed with his customer service and his consideration of this other customer. The process, working with CJ, went very smooth. I would definitely refer him specifically and the Subaru dealership to anyone shopping for a vehicle. I Love Subaru! More
