Got a used Subaru Forester from this dealership. The price was reasonable and the dealership put a good amount of work into the vehicle to make sure it was ready for us to take home. We did have to mak price was reasonable and the dealership put a good amount of work into the vehicle to make sure it was ready for us to take home. We did have to make 2 trips from San Tan because the vehicle wasn't ready the first time. However, CJ made sure we were taken care of, and I appreciate his patience with us. More

CJ was fantastic helping us find the perfect first car for our son. He was patient with us as the car we actually wanted to see sold minutes before we got there. Excellent, highly responsive, professional customer service from all at Tucson Subaru! We bought our Subaru Forester back in Dec2013 from CJ Nichols. We found CJ extremely pleasant and helpful at tha service from all at Tucson Subaru! We bought our Subaru Forester back in Dec2013 from CJ Nichols. We found CJ extremely pleasant and helpful at that time. For the many years to follow, CJ kept contact with us, coming out to personally visit with us on each service visit with the Tucson Subaru dealership for the last 7+ years. Dan Ford in Service has been a courtesy, honest, trustworthy representative for the Tucson dealership for many years. Unfortunately, our Forester was a total loss in a rear-end collision Mar2021. CJ immediately made time available in his busy schedule to accommodate us and was once again extremely helpful. With his quick attention and assistance as well as Traci Roberts helpful Financial guidance, we are now the happy owners of a Subaru Outback.
