I came in looking to trade in my worn out Prius for something reliable and in my price range. CJ was awesome at helping me find a low mile used Subaru that fit my budget and all of my needs. CJ is a great person to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle. We enjoyed talking with him and having him demo the vehicle with us. Traci made all that boring paperwork fun. We have only worked with Tucson Subaru for about 10 days but so far have been very, very pleased. First there was no slight discount of the price hoping you would buy it and not haggle. I know, from my inte but so far have been very, very pleased. First there was no slight discount of the price hoping you would buy it and not haggle. I know, from my internet work, that they gave us a very decent discount right off the bat. Other car dealers really did not want to match it. Then CJ Nichols gave us the best test drive possible. He had a set route that tested out and showed off the Forester to it's best advantage. He also has been very responive to calls, text and email. He is a super sales rep and we appreciate it. More

Debbie, Louie, and CJ were all awesome to work with starting from an online contact with CJ inquiring on some STI models that were in stock. CJ was quick to respond and super happy to answer any que starting from an online contact with CJ inquiring on some STI models that were in stock. CJ was quick to respond and super happy to answer any questions and let me know things I didn't know about the sports car. Debbie in sales was great to talk with, look at the car, and help me with anything I needed when it came to my trade-in, as well as the STI I wound up purchasing. Louie was super helpful when it came to the financing aspect, and explained every form I would go through, as well as the benefits and drawbacks of all of the optional extras you can get after the sale. 10/10 experience. I will refer friends to Debbie and CJ in the future if I think they're in the market for a new car. More
