Just an FYI we got turned on to Subaru not just because of our many years dealing with Rocky but also because we found on the internet that it was a recommended brand for short people. Imaging my surprise when I realized the hatch is so high I cannot close it. Did find an old window washer I can use to reach it. It was almost a deal breaker for me. We have very much enjoyed dealing with CJ and Traci! They are the best! It feels like coming home every three years when our lease is up. And the dealership is welcoming and so efficient. We are happy members of Rocky’s Subaru family. More

I would give Monica more than five stars. When I walked in, I asked the woman at the front for someone who would not try to sell me the car I already thought I wanted. Monica was perfect. Quick test drive, and I went home to sleep on it, texting Monica a few time to see if it was still there. Returned the next day and bought it. I LOVE Traci in finance, too. She should run the whole show! :). Thanks to everyone - great experience and incredible financing. I expect the service/warranty packages with be as transparent as the dealership. While I was waiting I decided to look at the 2020 Forester and asked if CJ was available. He showed me the new model and it had many more features than my 2018. I asked for specifications to take home to spouse. There was no pressure from CJ and he offered to meet with me and my spouse if we had further questions. After lengthy discussions at home we made and appointment with CJ. Both my spouse and I liked the improvements and the financials were worked out and five days later we drove home a new automobile. This was a new for us as we had never traded in a car but would drive a car for 15 or more years. Louie Ascencio made the financials a breeze and is a great explain of financial details. More
