Best experience Iv had at a dealership. Better than BMW, Chevy, GMC and Ford. Wasn’t judge for not wearing nice appeal which was a first for me. Many great first for me here. CJ seems to know a lot about Subaru’s— that was helpful. He took my car the day after I took it home to clean off the sticker residue that was accidentally left on the hood from the factory. He also gave me a free Subaru cup and bag and topped off my gas. He was very excited to show me all of the cool features my 2020 Forester has. It was cool to see his enthusiasm and got me pumped for being able to use my car to live a full life; camping, road tripping, etc. He had some great tips for places to go and ways to use my car to really utilize the full potential of my Subee. As with ANY car dealership, the sales process is never fun. I can’t say that I enjoyed that part. But CJ and Traci (the finance manager) were nice and the process was seamless. More

Just an FYI we got turned on to Subaru not just because of our many years dealing with Rocky but also because we found on the internet that it was a recommended brand for short people. Imaging my surprise when I realized the hatch is so high I cannot close it. Did find an old window washer I can use to reach it. It was almost a deal breaker for me. We have very much enjoyed dealing with CJ and Traci! They are the best! It feels like coming home every three years when our lease is up. And the dealership is welcoming and so efficient. We are happy members of Rocky’s Subaru family. More

I would give Monica more than five stars. When I walked in, I asked the woman at the front for someone who would not try to sell me the car I already thought I wanted. Monica was perfect. Quick test drive, and I went home to sleep on it, texting Monica a few time to see if it was still there. Returned the next day and bought it. I LOVE Traci in finance, too. She should run the whole show! :). Thanks to everyone - great experience and incredible financing. I expect the service/warranty packages with be as transparent as the dealership. I hope for many years in my Ascent. More
