He had a plan to get us in and out as fast as possible. I had just started talking to CJ the day before and knew exactly what I wanted. He was also very welcoming with our kids and the fact that Subaru is so kid friendly made everything so much easier. My kids were entertained while we did the paperwork. He went over all the “extras” and don’t pressure us into adding anything we didn’t want. We even had him take off somethings after adding them and he never should any frustration. Our finance person was also awesome. She went over everything and again did not push for us to add anything we didn’t want. I am so pleased with the customer service and the speediness of the process. I am happy that I chose to become part of the Subaru family!! Thank you all for taking care of your customers and for what you do for nonprofit organizations. More

Throughout the process he went above and beyond to get me the best possible deal, was always straight with me and available at all hours to answer questions. When it came time to visit the dealership C.J. provided a proper demonstration of the car and was able to demonstrate expertise in the product.
