On my initial visit to Tucson Subaru, I met Mike Henry, who took me on a tour highlighting the three Subaru models I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable on Subaru and their competitors. After that, I went and visited a local Toyota dealership. After considering things for a couple of days, I returned to Tucson Subaru with my wife, but since Mike was with another client, he introduced me to Shauna Williams. She was very patient with my wife and I as we were looking at various models. We had done quite a bit of prior research, but when we arrived at the dealership it was like being in a candy store! We actually got in and drove three cars, finally deciding on a new 2020 Subaru Forester. Shauna gave us a stress-free car buying experience! Then we were introduced to Tracy Roberts who took us through the contract signing and explanation of all the various programs that were available to us. I was pleasantly surprised at how painless and flawless our first time Subaru buying experience was thanks to the pros at Tucson Subaru! After all the papetwork was done, Shauna came out and helped us discover many more of the features that our new Subaru Forester has to offer. I am totally impressed with this dealership!! I previously issued a 5-star rating. I have to retract that and issue a 1-star rating now unfortunately. I have send dealing with this dealership for 60 days now to no avail to try and received the title that and issue a 1-star rating now unfortunately. I have send dealing with this dealership for 60 days now to no avail to try and received the title for the car. I need to register this vehicle in the state of Missouri but no one will give me the title not the Arizona Department of Motor Vehicles in which Tucson Subaru registered it with for some strange reason. Nor Bank of America which I finance through Tucson Subaru to obtain the vehicle. I should have done neither of those. Do not buy an internet sales out of state from this dealership they are inept. More

Fast and simple I had been looking for a car that I was going to enjoy driving as a dad. My criteria was 4 doors, AWD, and turbo, because what dad cars not complete w I had been looking for a car that I was going to enjoy driving as a dad. My criteria was 4 doors, AWD, and turbo, because what dad cars not complete without turbo. I had made a list of Mazdaspeed 6, Turbo cummins, or a 99-01 Impreza WRX (one like I use to have, but mine was RS non turbo). Thats when I saw the 17 WRX at Tucson Subaru. The body style looked like an updated 99-01 with some of the same features I enjoyed about my old car. I contacted CJ and we set up a time to come see the car. Now, the car I set to see was actually sold before I got there. But luckily they were able to still have an identical one ready for me to test drive. CJ really broke down the car and its abilities well. I was very impressed. The buying process went fast and was very simple. Feel like I got what I wanted for a great price. The girlfriends already planning on getting a 2020 Forrester from CJ next year. Thanks guys for all the service. Look forward to doing business with you soon. More

Broken Key Fob I love my car and had an easy buying experience, but after I signed the papers, I got to my car and the second key fob didn’t work. CJ said there wasn’t anything he could do about it after I signed the papers. Now I have to spend $500-$800 on top of the cost of my vehicle for a new fob. More
