How often do you say that about buying a car? And, this was a remote purchase over the internet, so I started with absolutely no sense of who I was dealing with at first. I crossed my fingers, hoped for the best. And, whenever I picked up the phone there was a human being on the other end, working on the various aspects of the deal. They followed up and did their jobs quickly. And they were pretty relaxed about it. It seems simple, but if you have bought a few cars, you know this is actually rare. And, I have had experiences that are completely the opposite at other dealerships. The list of ways a dealership can alienate a customer goes on and on. At Tucson Subaru, none of these things came close to happening. By the middle of my purchase I knew I could trust this place. I'm very happy with my experience. Five out of five stars. More

Tucson Subaru... still a record-setter 13 years later! Having had at least 10 new car buying experiences from various dealerships in the past 21 years, I would rate this dealership, the highest. My first Subaru, bought in 2006, under Emich Subaru, had proven to be the best car I had ever owned, by any metric or combo: owner satisfaction, build quality, performance, value for the money, safety ratings, design, trade-in value; quantity of "Hey, I love/like your car..." comments; quantity of "Hey I love/like your car... " comments from law-enforcement. The 2006 Subaru Impreza WRX STI rates highest all across the board. Emich Subaru set the world's record in May '06: 2 & 1/2 hours from the handshake to the wave-goodbye. Once again in March 2019 (buying the WRX STI): 2 hrs from handshake to hand-waving --> the current world's record. CJ, was the awesome sales-guy who, quite pleasantly, kept mine and my co-buyer's attention for 2 hours straight with interesting and quite amusing car, dealer, shop, customer and sales experience, and all sorts of other factoids that peaked our attentions early and our interest remained topped off for the whole rest of the time, as plenty of "hidden" value in what I was buying, was easily revealed. Certainly, CJ is the first class pro that he is, because he understands his product and matched it to his customer, me, whom he understood, probably, long before I started to warm the chair in his office (which, to my recollection, was lacking a wall clock)... I must've been having too much fun to not notice the time. Thanks again, CJ. You laid out the course of this entire awesome buying experience. Yes, it was fun! Finance, service warranties, and docs was as simple as pointing out dishes at the cafeteria, thanks to Curt's technical experience as a service mechanic. Tech talk and/or legalese only when required, but no hard sell, no scare-tactics here. Thanks to Curt. As a registered nurse and small business owner for the past 30 years, I strongly recommend Subaru vehicles and the Tucson Subaru dealership. More

Emails were quickly responded to, additional photos and video were supplied, etc, all to ensure that I knew what I was getting before I arrived at the dealership. To be honest, I was on a very fixed schedule so my ability to negotiate was severely limited, but I think Tucson Subaru is pretty good on pricing a vehicle fairly so it really wasn’t that big of a difference. Also Louie nailed it with his recommendation for lunch! More
