He promptly met us at the door and had our car ready to test drive. Within about two hours we had driven the car, discussed terms, gotten a great deal, had our loan approved, filled out paperwork for purchase and drove away in the car of our choice. Problems I wasn’t in the position to get a car, but had no choice due to my previous one being totaled. This review comes a few months late, but I am still regretting trusting in a sales rep. They sent me away with a defective tire that my dad fortunely caught as we were dropping off the rental. I took the car back and they tried to only replace the faulty tire, leaving me with 3 new tires and one old one. It’s common knowledge that tries should be replace in sets of 2 or 4 for the sake of the car. I don’t believe they would have ultimately replaced the 4th tire if I had not noticed they also chipped the hub cap in the process of replacement. I still can not understand why I would have been sent away with a defective bubbled tire at first, and then again with a chipped hub cap after repairs. With that said CJ would not respond to messages about the issue and I had to repeatedly reach out to whoever was available to help. Within 2 months of having the car I was stranded on the side of the road with a detached gas line, thankfully VW was able to make the needed repairs because Subaru refused to help me until I took on the costs of getting it towed to them after incorrectly telling me it was part of my warranty. I had to make multiple calls to get this information clarified. I am now dealing with other issues with the car that should be covered with the warranty I purchased, but no part of me wants to deal with Subaru again. I don’t want to deal with their service department, thankfully I will never have to deal with their sales department again. It’s just overall disappointing I was made to believe these people care. It’s even more disappointing I’ve had to reconnect with Subaru 3+ times in less than 6 months because of issues I believe could have been avoided if they had not rushed the sale process/inspections just to make a sale. They also sent me away with the car without having all the necessary paperwork completed for the financing, which was also a headache at the time. I can say that they set me up with a rental when the tire was being repaired, but again this could have all been avoided if they were customer service influenced. I just wish my car worked as it should and I felt comfortable dealing with Subaru to get my new car repaired again. Instead I am left driving with major safety concerns. More

New Outback I love my new outback and the staff here made me feel so comfortable driving behind one again after my car accident. He took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted on our Outback and when we arrived at the dealership he had worked out the costs of everything that we would need to add onto the vehicle that was available at the dealership (we had planned to order). He knows the vehicle well and enjoys many of the same outdoor activities we do which made him not only easy to relate to but also really confirmed for us that we were choosing the right car for our lifestyle. Also kudos to Jennifer Duran in finance who was efficient and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the no-pressure approach -- I have had my share of unpleasant experiences in dealership financing offices! More
