Trade and Purchase Just traded in my 2017 FXT for a 2018 FXT Touring. The Internet, Finance, and Service team were all top notch and a pleasure to deal with. They were Just traded in my 2017 FXT for a 2018 FXT Touring. The Internet, Finance, and Service team were all top notch and a pleasure to deal with. Nichols for his exceptional customer service online and in the showroom...He has great product knowledge and very personable communication skills. I made contact with CJ in December when searching for a new car that would serve our current needs for hauling 3 growing grandchildren. I've never owned a Subaru, but found the Outback to meet all of the requirements that I was looking for. My husband and I knew what we liked, and the White Touring model with the Java Brown leather seats, made us happy...What a delight it was for us to finally make it to the dealership for a test drive this week....only to find the exact model with everything we wanted, available and ready to go....We got our new car with only 11 miles on it....Our cousin in Kentucky, commented on the picture that CJ took of us when we were leaving.....She and her husband purchased a new Toyota 4Runner in November...she noted that "they didn't give her flowers"....Nice touch CJ, I felt like a Queen....and LOVE my new Outback...so do the grandkids....I took them to school in it yesterday....and we're planning a trip with them in February....Many thanks...keep up the outstanding standard of excellence we received.
