Nichols about 2 minutes to call us and setup an appointment later that same day. C.J. is a great listener and understood quickly that price and features were not as important as COLOR. We wanted/needed a particular color Subaru Forester and he quickly arranged to get that model and color car transferred to Tucson. Since the price of car was already established with Subaru through Costco we feel got a decent deal, possibly not the best price available, but certainly the easiest and most stress free experience. Louie in the Finance Dept was particularly good. You know they want to sell you some extras (e.g. car coating; extended-extended warranty; security system) but he was not pushy or making us feel like idiots for NOT taking advantage of any particular option. We did end up purchasing some of the extras because he did such a good job explaining the pro and con of each. From start to finish the car purchase took only a few hours of our time over a two day period. We received a great deal with 0% finance over 3 years. We received the needed training on using all the car's features particularly linking cell phone to the car. Yes ... go to Tucson Subaru, yes use Costco, and hopefully you will get to meet C.J. Nichols for your sales rep and Louie in the Finance Dept. More

What was more impressive was the time he took to educate me on the Subrau-even before I had driven it. I went to look at several other vehicles and went back to Subrau to get more of my questions answered. Again, C.J. made the time to answer them and accommodated my desiring another test drive. Suffice to say, I now own a new Subrau. C.J. is extremely knowledgeable and his passion and enthusiasm for the customer to be satisfied is ever present. Louie worked to get better financing that what I had secured. A great experience from beginning to end. And the follow up is great. C. Long More

We were able to put deposit down and drive from Gilbert to Tucson on the next Saturday. When we arrived and saw the truck it was described exactly perfect, we had no surprises. Could not be happier. CJ, our salesman was great to work with, very personable. When we were in finance, which also was a great experience, Traci Roberts was awesome, CJ took the time to go to our old car, pull off some stickers that meant a lot to my wife and reapply them to her new truck! He made every effort to ensure our comfort and enjoyment while we engaged in a superbly guided discovery of the Subaru Outback. We felt like explorers discovering a new way to own and enjoy an automobile. This was no utilitarian experience, nor was it a massage of our egos. It was an authentically engaged and enthusiastic mutual discovery of our love of the outdoors, of driving, of living out loud and sharing that adventure with our golden retriever, Max. CJ embodies the enthusiasm and care that we enjoy with our greatest friends and associates. He is a well spring of wisdom, knowledge and hands on experience. Admittedly, it took a while to allow him in, so to speak. We had our defensive guards up - the one that we reserve when in the presence of overly enthusiastic people who seem to want something that you are not prepared to give. The excellence in his service was in allowing us to be however we were and then in encouraging us along. In short, he gave us a lot of room to discover and ultimately to commit. even we were surprised and, of course, delighted by our own enthusiasm for this magnificent piece of engineering, this really wonderful car.
