2015 WRX I recently purchased a new WRX, but my intent was just to get my old Subaru serviced. While waiting for my car, CJ Nichols approached my husband and I recently purchased a new WRX, but my intent was just to get my old Subaru serviced. While waiting for my car, CJ Nichols approached my husband and I about any possible questions we had a friendly conversation about Subarus. He also set up us up with videos and games to help pass the time while waiting. CJ ensured we knew we could come to him with any questions. My husband and I ventured out into the lot to check out the new WRXs. We saw a car that sparked our interest and took some time to look at it, just me and him. Once we were done checking out the new cars, we went back inside. CJ noticed we were looking at one car in particular and asked us if we wanted to drive it. CJ himself was not able to take us on a test drive, so he had Alan Ferlan take us out. They were both very versed in the car's capabilities and gave some quick pointers before we drove off. We still had no intent to buy at this time and they did not try to run a credit check prior to the test drive. Needless to say, we fell in love with the car and knew we wanted it. After that, they walked us through the process and gave us a good deal on our trade in. Once it came to financing the car, Tim Hanson did a great job hearing our concerns. Overall, we were able to walk out of there very confident that we had made the right decision. Before we drove home in a new car, we were presented roses from the dealership. Not only did they have a great selection of cars, I was able to, after research determine that the prices were in line with expectation. Unlike other dealers in town. Then the experience I had with CJ Nicholes in sales was great. I am fickle buyer, to say the least. He was very patient. Real patient. The product speakes for itself, but everyone in the buying process was great.Tim to be specific in finance. Saw a friend of mine at the dealership while he was servicing his car.. Did not know he was a Subaru buyer..He has two, and recomended I look around. I did, bought a car a few hours later. Happy with the experience. Want to buy my next Subaru from Tucson Subaru. By the way, my daughter is blown away, as she sould be. Also, they have been in touch daily to make sure my experience was all it should be. Satisfied. More

Two new cars in two years! I had the pleasure of working with CJ not just once, but twice. The reason I choose him and continue to stay up today with him is due to how friendly I had the pleasure of working with CJ not just once, but twice. The reason I choose him and continue to stay up today with him is due to how friendly and approachable he is. Some salesmen that I have interacted with in the past with, and received no business, was due to them owning the title "typical salesman". If you want a unique experience CJ will only please. Not only does this dealership have a great salesman, but also Luis. He is the manager of the parts department there and I have had many discussions about parts (aftermarket* of course) over owning a WRX and now Forester. He is a great guy to talk "Subaru" with. I am a real costumer, with a real pride for Subaru! This dealership will not disappoint you. More

I needed to buy a new car and intended to get another Honda CRV... but I'd heard a few good things about Subaru so my brother and I stopped by to check out Subaru's before going over to Honda. CJ came out to greet us and quickly narrowed down what I was looking for. He explained and demonstrated the unique features of the 2014 Forester, including the boxer engine and smooth transmission. I was so impressed, two days later we went back for a test drive and to talk about price. I bought the Forester at my third visit. Throughout the whole process CJ was always friendly, professional and personable. He answered my questions thoroughly and in fact anticipated questions and needs. I was also pleased with Traci Roberts, the finance manager, who was clearly experienced and competent, and at the same time friendly and down to earth. CJ is an exceptionally knowledgeable salesperson. He had sold Honda before he came to Subaru, so he compared Honda's and Subaru's for me. He clearly believes in what he sells and I could see he's comfortable with a wide variety of people, customers and colleagues. I think he could easily move into management or training other salespeople, but I suspect he might want to continue with sales. He gives the impression that he loves his job... and it's nice to do business with someone like that. More
