Awful Sales Manager - Poor customer relation skills Please do NOT visit DCH Paramus Honda. Particularly if your sales manager happens to be CJ Slitas. You'll find that they are more concerned about sell Please do NOT visit DCH Paramus Honda. Particularly if your sales manager happens to be CJ Slitas. You'll find that they are more concerned about selling their cars at sticker (MSRP) cost rather than working with the customer to find a fair price point for the vehicle's current market value. In my situation, we came in looking for a deal on the 2016 Civic Sedan Touring. We wanted to test drive the Sedan Touring since we had already tested the 2017 Civic Hatchback EX-L that are on Honda lots everywhere now. Prior to any test drive, they sat us down to take our info and immediately started talking about trade in and costs. After making us wait an hour after appraising our current vehicle ('15 Mazda 3 i Touring), the sales manager, CJ, came out and said that our offer wouldn't work. We hadn't even test driven the car and he immediately gave us the bad news. There was no room for negotiation despite indicating that this '16 Civic Sedan was the outgoing model year vehicle. It was such an unpleasant visit and I sympathize those that they've over-sold vehicles to (whether new or old). We will definitely notify our friends and family to stay from this dealer. More
