No customer service I was very disappointed in the customer experience. The follow up on registration and administration was awful. No help from the salesperson. CJ posed as a manager and then I found out he was just another salesperson? Sell the car and then move on, that is how they operate. The phone system is ineffective. When they answer the phone, "Hello, please hold". And then you are holding for 10 minutes. That's if they don't hang up on you, which happened to me once. More

But CJ and sales person Alex Barnabe made our first transaction for our new family car so smooth and easy that we practically bought our second vehicle for our daughters car ( a month later) via internet and emailing. Then cars were waiting for us to test drive. The negotiations for price and extras were fair, quick and easy. Also thanks to finance person Tim for making that often uncomfortable part of the transaction pleasant. I highly recommend DCH PARAMUS HONDA. Ask for Alex and CJ! More
