He knows the product all of my questions were answered. Financing department does quick work so not being there for hours. Would recommend anybody if looking to buy a new car and ask for John Sell. No sales pressure of any kind whatever; willingness to negotiate; to provide all relevant $ figures, e.g., CapCost, Residual, MF, etc. This dealership is now located 55miles from where I currently live. However, having been a customer of theirs since 2011, there is no question that we will continue with them for all our service needs despite that fact. Greg, Shawn, John and the sales team members are responsive each rate 5 stars. Service department is as conscientious and as skilled as one could hope for. I recommend them w/o reservation. More

Best Experience Ever buying a New Car! I was so lucky that I bought my new Maxda3 5-Door i Hatchback Grand Touring at North Penn Mazda! The entire experience was wonderful from start to f I was so lucky that I bought my new Maxda3 5-Door i Hatchback Grand Touring at North Penn Mazda! The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. The Manager, Kyle Neith, first communicated with me via email, as well as many other dealerships. I had good vibe about him and decided to go there. He introduced me to my Sales Rep., Tony Hamilton and I could not have had a better person. No hard sell. Just a warm, friendly and knowledgeable man. He was awesome! He made me feel good and I trusted that I would get a great deal...image that...trusting a car salesman is really possible at North Penn! We negotiated until I felt I had the best deal and it wasn't like sparing it was just fair dealing. I got the car I wanted and at a better price that I thought I'd get. Got a good price on my trade-in on a 15 year old Buick too. After the sale, I picked up my car 2 days later...at my choice. He was so patient and we went inside my car and he went over everything on how to operate it and linked up my phone to it. He spend a lot of time with me and I knew how to do everything including using my great Mazda Nav. System, setting up the radio presets...he even showed me things I didn't even know I had! We took my car on a test drive and he even showed me more things this great car could do. Did I say he did all this after the sale! He introduced me to the Service Dept. and had me set up my first oil change/maintance appointment....they were really nice there too. If I tell you it felt like a family affair- it did. My experience with the finance rep..Colleen Celec was good too. She knew her stuff and was easy to work with. I know I have said a lot, but there is so much more good things that I didn't get to tell you for not wanting to write a book. Just know if you want to have a good experience buying and getting a great deal on your car...this is really the place you need to go. I, honestly, am happy I went here and I have a great feeling that I will be happy for all my future car service needs. Thank you for such a fantastic job, Tony Hamilton. You really went out of your way and have a customer for life. Thank you Kyle Neith for your honesty and for hiring such a great group of people. I love my new car!! More
