I worked with Caleb Macias over a period of three days, as my wife and I not sure which model vehicle we really wanted. One of them was in the middle of the show room floor and when we arrived, he had both vehicles out and ready for us to go on a test ride. He also had worked up paperwok to give us an estimate of what our payments would be for both vehicles. After our final decision was made Caleb was very detailed and professional when going over and explaining all the car features. He even took the time to pair my phone with the car as I was all thumbs trying to do it myself. Caleb was very polite professional and a pleasure to work with. About two and a half years ago I bought my very fist Toyota ever from Sierra Toyota and was so impressed with the entire process. Since that purchase the service department has been nothing but extraordinary. All of this is what made me a repeat customer with Sierra Toyota and extremely happy to have got to know Caleb Macias. Another reason we are pleased with Seirra Toyota is their finance personnel worked tirelessly trying to work through the unknown problems trying to finance through Toyota Lexus Financial.
