Right when we came in the dealership, the receptionist greeted us with her friendly welcoming smile and got helped immediately. Caleb Tran was our sales rep and he was totally helpful, patient, friendly and not pushy at all. He was so knowledgeable and answered questions we had. He was so accommodating to our work schedule and truly went out of his way to help us learn the bells and whistles about our new vehicle. We were also very impressed with the finance staff who were very friendly and helpful. Our very first new car was a Honda Accord that we purchased from the Honda Dealership when it was near downtown Lincoln and we're so happy that we came back "home" to Honda of Lincoln after purchasing our used vehicles from competitors. The 3 salesmen that we interacted with all did their part to be patient, informative and helpful. The best part of this experience was the "No Pressure" sales approach that they all displayed to us. They definitely ensured that OUR agenda was first priority while ensuring that we were getting into the right model. Then it came to the finance portion of the sale. Worked through a computer glitch and Chad made that so painless. One of the upmost best experiences we have had signing all of the financial documents of any sale. More

Working with Spencer Klein in Sales to come to an agreement on the price for a CR-V EX-L with the options we wanted was a great experience. We negotiated back and forth a few times before we arrived at a price that worked for us and for Honda. Spencer was gracious at all times and this was truly a no pressure sale. Thanks Spencer! Next we worked with Caleb Tran for the final non-finance related steps. My wife and I especially appreciated the detailed explanation Caleb provided, walking us through all of the features and settings of the vehicle's safety, navigation, stereo, and other features. Our last vehicle purchase was a Mazda, and Caleb's walkthrough far surpasses what we were given with the Mazda. This was an excellent walkthrough. Thanks Caleb! Finally, we met with Chad Erwin the Finance Director to complete the loan and other paperwork. Chad has many years of experience with Honda financing - and it shows. He clearly and thoroughly walked us through all of the paperwork, patiently answering our many questions, and ensuring we understood each document at every step of the process.
